Trooper Bailey began his law enforcement career in 2017 with the North Carolina State Highway Patrol.
Trooper Bailey served in Mecklenburg County from 2017-2019 and served in Catawba County from 2019-2023. Trooper Bailey joined the NCSHP Motor Unit in 2023 and currently serves on the West Team.
Trooper Bailey has completed the NCSHP Basic Police Motorcycle Operator Training, BMW Performance Center's On/Off Road Survival Course, as well as California Superbike School.
