Corporal Carter started his Law Enforcement career with the Winston-Salem Police Department in 2012. Corporal Carter joined the Motor Unit in 2016 and served until 2021. Corporal Carter returned to the Motor unit in 2022 and is currently assigned a BMW R1250RTP. Corporal Carter has attended over 200 hours of specialized Police Motorcycle Operator Training, to include Police Motorcycle Instructor Training. Corporal Carter rides a 2024 BMW R1250GSA as a personal bike.
