Officer Andrew Clark has been with the Raleigh Police Department since 2012. He is currently assigned to the RPD Motor Unit. He has been assigned to traffic enforcement since 2018 and was a patrol officer before being assigned to traffic. Officer Clark is a Drug Recognition Expert, Chemical analyst, and Radar/Lidar operator.
