Corporal Frank Kienast is a motor officer with the Wilmington Police Department Traffic unit. He has been employed as a motor officer since 2005. Frank originally started to ride in 1970 and has continuously enjoyed riding to this day. His weekends revolve around riding and m aintaining his enduro bike and riding his retired Police bike. A Motorcycle Safety Foundation Rider Coach for street and dirt, Frank enjoys helping other riders.
