Officer Quinn works at the Gastonia PD for 25 years. He had been assigned to Patrol, the Interdiction Unit, Bomb Squad, and is assigned to the Traffic Unit as a full time Motor Officer. Officer Quinn graduated the NC Highway Patrol Motorcycle Operator school in 2006. Officer Quinn is a state certified general instructor and was a Speed Measuring Instrument Instructor until 2016. As of October 2016 Officer Quinn was also an instructor at the FBI Hazardous Devices School at the U.S. Army's Redstone Arsenal in Alabama until 2023 when he returned to the Gastonia PD.
