Michael Loukos is a Sergeant with the NC Highway Patrol and has been employed for 17 years. Sergeant Loukos has been a member of the NCSHP motor unit and participating in Bikesafe for over 5 years. Sergeant Loukos has completed numerous motorcycle courses to include Police Basic Motorcycle School, California Superbike School Level's 1 & 2, BMW Rider Academy On/Off Road Survival School. Sergeant Loukos is the Statewide Coordinator for Bikesafe NC.
